1 pkg (18 1/4 oz) yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 eggs
1/3 c. veg. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
Chopped almonds
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, eggs, and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on med for 2 min .Fill well-greased mini muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min or until toothpick ready. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine sugar and juices until smooth. Cool cakes for 2 min. Remove from pan. Immediately dip cakes in glaze, coating well. Place top down on wire racks, sprinkle with almonds.
