Caramel Nut Ring

These are one of my favs! It's become tradition that we have these for breakfast on Christmas morning.

18 frozen dinner rolls
1 pkg butterscotch pudding-not instant
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Place frozen rolls in greased angel food cake pan. Sprinkle butterscotch pudding over the rolls then sprinkle the brown sugar on. Pour melted butter over all then add chopped nuts. Cover with foil. Let rise overnight on cupboard. Next morning, bake in 350 oven for 35-40 min. Let stand in pan for 5 min. Invert on plate. Serve.
