Breakfast Casserole

From: Bonnie Rice

2 lb. bag frozen hashbrowns
6 eggs, beaten w/ 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2-2 c. chopped ham
3 c. grated cheese
1/2 lb grated hot pepper jack cheese

Mix together in a large bowl and put in TWO 9 x 13 glass pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

*I recommend glass pans because this casserole sticks in anything else.
