Creamed Bacon & Eggs
From: Freda Caywood
Chop 6 hard boiled peeled eggs
Chop 1/2 lb bacon, fry and drain
Melt 4 Tbsp butter, or use bacon grease. Stir in 4 Tbsp flour. Add 2 cups milk. Stir everything together. Serve over toast or english muffins.
