Fudge

From: Marie Mann

1 cube butter
12 oz chocolate chips

Melt together. Stir til blended. Put mixture into large bowl and add:

16 oz powdered sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Beat with mixer until it begins to thicken. Blend in 3/4 c. nuts, if desired. Pour into buttered pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.
