1 pkg lemon cake mix
1 small pkg lemon jello
1/2 tsp lemon extract
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
Heat or boil water. Mix with cake mix and jello. Blend in oil and extract. Blend in eggs and beat for 3 min. Pour in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar
juice of 2 lemons and zest
Poke warm cake with fork or knife. Frost and serve.
