This was an amazing side dish. We loved it. It was a nice change to the regular side of steamed broccoli.
5 c. raw broccoli
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp lemon rind, grated
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
Steam broccoli for 4 min. Place in bowl. Heat skillet. Add oil, garlic cook for 2 min. Add rind, juice, and salt to broccoli. Toss. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
