1 Tbsp oil
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 pkg. dry ranch mix
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken and cook 10 min until browned on both sides. Remove chicken. Add soup, milk, and ranch mix. Whisk together til most lumps are gone. Bring to a boil to thicken. Add chicken and cook another 10 to 20 min or until chicken is done.
Serve with mashed potatoes
