Fondue

I was in charge of an activity for our Relief Society meeting. We did a fondue & friends night. We made this as one of the fondues. It was pretty yummy.

1 c. dry white wine (I used chicken broth)
1/2 lb. swiss cheese
1/2 lb. gruyere cheese
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt & nutmeg

Simmer wine. Add cheese, 1/4 lb. at a time. Stir after each addition. When melted add salt & nutmeg.

*You may need to add more broth if it is too thick.

Serve with bread, veggies, meats
