Josh's mom made this when I had Lincoln. It was yummy. Hunter LOVES it.
2lbs ground beef or turkey
2 packets taco seasoning
2 cans rotel, undrained
1 lb. mexican velveeta cheese (I use regular cuz my kids don't like it that spicy)
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
sour cream
salsa
jalapenos
lettuce
Preheat oven to 375.
In lg skillet, brown beef and drain fat. Return meat to skillet, add taco seasoning and rotel tomatoes. Mix well and simmer for 5 min.
Lightly spray 9 x 13 with cooking spray. Press one can of crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan. Top with ground beef. Slice velveeta and lay on top of meat. Top with remaining can of rolls.
Bake 20-25 min, until rolls are brown. Top with favorite toppings.
