Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

One of Hunter's favorite foods it wings. He ate 8 of them when I made these. They were super good and I don't feel like they were any more work than fried ones. Of course, these were healthier not being fried too.

Preheat oven to 450. Heat a big pot of water to a boil. Season the water with salt, like you would for pasta. Boil the chicken wings for 7-8 min. Remove them from the water and let them dry well with a paper towel.

Place chicken wings on a greased baking sheet. Bake the wings for 25-30 min. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your wings. Flip wings over and bake 5 min. Remove from oven and top with your choice of wing sauce.

*We buy the wing sauces from Buffalo Wild Wings
