Maple Roasted Butternut Squash & Carrots

This was delish! My kids loved it too.

1 squash, peeled & chunked
3 carrots, chunked
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
salt & pepper to taste
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425. Mix everything together. Pour onto baking pan. Roast til tender 30-40 min. Turning once.
