This had good flavor. It was going to be a crazy day around here with dance and a soccer game all in the same night. I put it in the crockpot to keep warm and it ended up being in their too long and burned. The flavor was good if you could get past the burned stage. :)
Makes about 2 c. sauce
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 c. milk
8 oz velveeta, cubed
1 c. shredded mexican cheese blend
1 tsp taco seasoning
In med sauce pan, melt butter and stir in flour. Pour in milk and stir until thickend. Stir constantly and add the velveeta. Continue stirring til melted. Add in shredded cheese while stirring. Add taco seasoning. Stir til everything is melted and combined. Pour over chips.
