BYU Ranch

I hope my mother-in-law never sees this recipe. :) I'm pretty sure I would be disowned for typing that ugly word. Nonetheless, this ranch is decent. I'm not 100% sold on it, but it's by far the best homemade ranch I've tried.

1/8 c. pepper
3/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. garlic salt
1 TBSP kosher salt
1/8 c. granulated garlic
6 TBSP granulated onion
1 TBSP dill weed

Mix this all together. You can store in air tight container.

To make the ranch:

2 TBSP mix
2 Cups mayo
2 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice

Mix well. Chill.

I did half of this and it still made a TON. Next time I will cut it in 1/4 probably. We don't use enough of it before it goes bad.

We also thought it was a little too thin for our preferences. Next time I will try cutting back the butter milk.
