Brats w/ Mushroom Sauce

1/2 lb. mushrooms, diced
sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. brats or sausage links
Tomatoes
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
swiss cheese

Saute mushrooms & onion in butter til tender. Add whipping cream & dijon. Boil til thickened. Slice brats as if to butterfly, not all the way through. Place mixture in brats. Top with swiss cheese & tomatoes. Bake @ 400 for 15-20 min or till brats are cooked.
