Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake

2 pkgs (6 oz each) stuffing mix
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c. swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 c. cubed cooked chicken
3/4 lb. sliced ham, cut in strips
3 c. cheddar cheese

Prepare stuffing according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile, in lg. bowl, combine soup & milk, set aside. Divide chicken into two 9 x 13 in greased pans. Sprinkle with pepper. Layer with ham, swiss cheese, 1 c. cheddar, soup mix, & stuffing. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Cover & freeze 1 casserole. Cover & bake remaining casserole at 350 for 30 min. Uncover & bake 10-15 min or til cheese melts.
