Santa Fe Skillet

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. four-cheese corkscrew pasta mix (pasta-roni)
2 c. salsa
1 Tbsp chili powder
dash cayenne pepper
1 can sliced olives, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp salt
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 c. cheddar cheese
sour cream, optional

In lg. skillet cook beef & onion over med heat til done. Drain. Stir in pasta, seasoning packet, salsa, water, chili powder, salt, & cayenne into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 15 min or til pasta is tender, adding more water if needed. Stir in tomatoes. Sprinkle with olives & cheese. Cover & simmer 3-4 min or til heated through. Serve with sour cream if desired.
