2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 pkg good seasons italian dressing mix, dry
6-8 chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients and blend well over low heat before putting into crockpot and add frozen breasts. Fold until covered. Cook on low 6 hours. Serve with rice.
