1 beef top sirloin steak
1/2 tsp. steak seasoning
1/4 c. butter, cubed
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1 lb. sm. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. beef broth
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
Grill steak to desired doneness. Meanwhile, in lg. skillet, saute mushrooms in butter til tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook till liquid is reduced by half. Serve with steak.
