Sliced Baked Potatoes

4 potatoes
2-3 Tbsp butter
2-3 tsp dried herbs
1 1/2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp cheddar cheese

Peel potatoes. Cut into thin slices but no all the way through. Put in baking dish. Fan slightly. Sprinkle with salt & drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425 for 50 min. Remove and sprinkle with cheese. Bake potatoes for another 10 min or till lightly browned and cheese melted and potatoes are done.
