Spinach & Artichoke Dip

1/2 pkg frozen spinach
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (less if you don't want spicy)
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp basil
1 c. chopped artichoke
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp garlic powder
dash ground pepper

Boil and drain spinach, set aside. Mix cream cheese and spices, microwave few seconds to stir easily. Add parmesan cheese, artichoke, and cooked spinach. Bake at 350 in sm. glass dish until bubbling. About 15 min. Serve on toasted baguette.

Tip-Don't use Reese's artichoke hearts, use S & W or western family. You can also use canned spinach that is drained.
