Chicken Noodle Soup

From:Jean Stoker

5 c. water
2 Tbsp chicken bouillon granules or 2 bouillon cubes
46 oz can chicken broth
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 tsp salt
4 c. uncooked homestyle noodles (heavy noodles)
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped

Put all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
