Taco Soup

Brown 1-2 lbs hamburger
Add: 1-2 cans corn w/ juice
1-2 cans kidney beans w/ juice
1 lg. can diced tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning

Let simmer. When ready to serve add: taco chips, grated cheese, sour cream, cilantro

There are many versions of taco soup. I make mine as follows below.

1 lb hamburger, cooked & drained
1 can pinto beans w/ juice
1 can kidney beans w/ juice
1 can corn w/ juice
1 pkg taco seasoning
1-8 oz can tomato sauce

Cook on stove top with heated through. Or cook in crockpot on low for 3-4 hours.

Serve with fritos, cheese, and sour cream
