Pie Crust
From: Mom King
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c. & 1 Tbsp shortening
2 Tbsp water-more as needed
Mix thoroughly. Roll and bake at 475 for 8-10 min. Poke holes before baking.
Makes 1 pie crust.
