1 (4-6 lb) trimmed brisket
1 (4 oz) bottle liquid smoke
garlic salt
celery salt
Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 (6 oz) bottle bbq sauce
Place brisket in lg. shallow dish and pour liquid smoke over top. Sprinkle with garlic salt and celery salt. Cover and chill over night.
Before cooking, drain liquid smoke and douse brisket with W sauce.
Place onion in cooker and place brisket on top. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
W/ 1 hour left on cooking time, pour bbq over brisket and cook 1 hour.
