Cashew Chicken Casserole

1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream mushroom soup
4 c. cooked rice, hot
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 whole chicken
3/4 c. cashews

Preheat oven to 400. Combine chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup and soy sauce in lg. pan. Bring to boil. Add chicken, rice, and 3/4 c. cashews. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 1/4 c. cashews on top. Bake for 20-25 min or til chicken is done.
