4 frozen lobster tails
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash paprika
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp orange rind, grated
1 dash ground ginger
Partially thaw lobster tails. Cut down the center of the shell and through the meat, but not through the undershell. Spread tail open, butterfly style. Combine all other ingredients and brush over lobsters. Place tails on foil on the grill, underside down, Grill 15-20 min or until meat loses its translucency and can be easily flaked. Loosen meat from shell. Brush with butter mixture before serving.

Tuna Casserole
From:Mom King
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 c. mayo
1/3 c. milk
1 can tuna fish, drained
salt & pepper, to taste
grated cheese
elbow macaroni noodles, cooked ( I use about 2-4 handfuls)
Cook noodles til tender. Combine soup, mustard, mayo, milk, tuna, salt & pepper, and cheese. Add drained noodles. Put in 8-in dish. Bake in oven at 350 for 30-35 min or microwave 10-15 min.

2 tilapia fillets (6oz ea)
1 tsp steak seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp. ea salt & pepper
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp onion powder
dash garlic powder
Place fillets in greased 11 x 7 baking dish. Drizzle w/ butter. In sm. bowl combine remaining ingredients, sprinkle over fillets. Cover & bake @ 425 for 15 min. Uncover & bake 5-8 min longer or until flakes easily with fork.
Nutrition Facts: 1 fillet=193 calories, 1 g. carbohydrate
