Chicken stuffed with bacon & feta

4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. bacon cooked & crumbled
4 oz feta, crumbled
14.5 oz can of tomatoes
olive oil

Cut slits (as if to butterfly, but don't cut all the way through. Kind of like a pocket) in each chicken breasts. Stuff with feta & bacon. Use a toothpick to secure closed. Brown chicken in olive oil til golden brown. Add tomatoes and cover, cooking till done, about 15 min. Remove picks.

*I have often just cooked the chicken without cutting slits. Then I put the bacon and cheese on top of the chicken.
