Chili

2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cans (20oz) peeled & diced tomatoes
2 cans (30z) chili beans
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 c. salsa

Brown ground beef w/ chopped onions. Add seasonings, salsa, and canned items and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30-45 min on med-high.

*Add chili powder for extra spice
