8 chicken breast halves
1 pkg. dry italian salad dressing mix
1 cube butter
8 oz soft cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz can of mushrooms, drained
Place chicken in crockpot. Add salad dressing mix and sliced cube of butter. Cover. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Add cream cheese (cubed), soup, and mushrooms to chicken. Cook 1 more hour on high. Serve over noodles or rice.
