Dilly Beans

Makes 4-5 pints

2 lbs green beans
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
garlic clove, peeled
head of dill
2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt

Place in pint jar: Cayenne pepper, 1 clove garlic, 1 head of dill. Pack beans tightly lengthwise in jar. Combine remaining ingredients in pan and bring to a boil. Pour over beans to within 1/4" of top of jar and seal. Process 10 min in hot water bath. Remove and let seal and cool.
