8 c. water
1 (12 oz) package shells and cheese, Kraft (aka:Velveeta)
1 lb. smoked sausage (kielbasa), sliced 1/2 in. thick
1 c. frozen onion, bell pepper, and red bell pepper seasoning blend
1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with green chilies
1 tsp Creole seasoning
In a lg. pot, bring water to boil. Add pasta, and cook according to pkg directions. Drain pasta, and combine with included cheese sauce. In a lg. skillet, cook sausage and seasoning blend over med-high heat for 5-7 min or until sausage is browned. Add tomatoes and their juices to skillet, stirring to combine. Remove pan from heat. In lg. bowl, combine pasta, sausage mixture, and creole seasoning, stirring well to combine. Serve immediately.
*We really liked this meal. It doesn't sound like a very good combination but we loved it. Depending on how spicy you like things you might want to reduce the creole seasoning in it. I would use 1 tsp to start and then taste it to see if you want more or not.
