1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 Tbsp butter, melted
4 chicken breasts
In shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Place butter in another bowl. Dip chicken in butter then roll in cornflake mix. Place in greased 9 x 13 and bake uncovered, 45-50 min or til done.
