Greek Pizzas

From: Simple & Delicious-Jan/Feb 2010

2 Italian Herb Flatbread wraps (I used regular flatbread)
1 Tbsp Greek Vinaigrette*
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. pitted greek olives, sliced
1/2 c. artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and chopped
1/2 c. grilled chicken breast strips, chopped
1/8 tsp each oregano, basil
Dash of pepper
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Place flatbread on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with vinaigrette. Layer with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 for 8-10 min or until cheese is melted.

*I used balsamic vinaigrette
