Special Hot Dog Supper

From:Easy Slow Cooker Cookbook

1 lb. beef weiners
2 (15 oz) cans chili w/ out beans
1 onion, chopped
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can chopped green chilies, drained

Cut hot dogs in 1/2 in. pieces and place in cooker. In saucepan, combine chili, onion, soups, and green chilies. Heat enough to mix well. Pour in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 1 1/2-2 hours.

Serve over bowl of corn chips or crisp tortilla chips, slightly crushed.

*This makes a LOT. You have to really like hot dogs to truly enjoy this meal. My husband and I thought it was better as just a dip (leave out the hot dogs) If you make it as a dip only use 1 can of chili.
