Garlic Tomato Bruschetta

This was so good. I love bruschetta and add garlic and it's even better. When my husband and I were on a trip in Indiana we ate at Hard Rock Cafe. We tried their bruschetta and fell in love. They put cream cheese on the bread then the bruschetta and drizzle it with olive oil. So yummy!

1/4 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 medium tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp grated parmesan
1 loaf french bread, sliced

In a large bowl, combine oil, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add tomatoes and toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve on toasted bread.
