Spinach & Black Bean Burritos
6 c. spinach
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Brown rice or Mexican rice, cooked
Lettuce
Cheese
Salsa
Greek yogurt
Tortillas
Finely chop the spinach. Add to black beans and heat through. Serve in tortilla with rice and choice of toppings.
