fondue cheese

For New Years we did a fondue and chocolate party with Josh's family. It was lots of fun. We love fondue.

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp W sauce
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. broth
4 c. cheese

Melt butter. Add flour, seasonings, and W sauce. Add cream, milk, and broth. Cook till smooth. Reduce heat. Add cheese and cook till melted.
