Swiss Fondue

This is another fondue we did for New Year's Eve

2 c. gruyere
1 1/2 c. swiss cheese
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 c. chicken broth
1/8 tsp lemon
1 Tbsp garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash paprika

Heat chicken broth, lemon, garlic to a simmer. Reduce to low heat. Add cheese and stir till melted. Add remaining spices and heat through.
